Personal training is ideal for beginners, anyone wanting to dial in their movement technique and form, or those that need a little more accountability when it comes to getting their workouts in.

Designed specifically to fit whatever your training goals are in a periodized, progressive fashion.
Available to you inside AND outside of the gym to answer questions and provide support.
PERSONAL TRAINING PRICING
Personal Training can be purchased either by the single session or in packages, and is subject to availability. Sessions are in 1 hour increments. Add nutrition coaching for $100/month.
When it comes to nutrition, my approach is client-based and focuses on making small manageable changes to your daily routine so that no matter what your goals are, it isn't overwhelming. I meet you where you are, no matter where that is!

NUTRITION COACHING PRICING
Prices are per month and can be cancelled at any time if on the month-to-month plan. For best results, commit to a 3 month coaching plan or combine it with Personal Training or Individual Design!
